Of Greek origin, Vali Damaskou began her passion for dance at the tender age of five. Originally trained as a ballerina, Vali is now a multi-award winning international artist with expertise in a variety of dance styles, including but not limited to Ballroom, Salsa, Zouk, Kizomba and Burlesque. She is known worldwide as the “Greek Goddess” of the Latin beat. The way she moves her body mesmerizes millions.
For seven years, Vali has represented Australia and Greece at various congresses and festivals around the globe. Countries that have been graced with her presence include New Zealand, Malaysia, the States, Holland, Spain, Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada. Vali played a significant role in introducing Kizomba to the people of Australia as well as spreading the love of Zouk around the world with Oliver Pineda.

- Choreographer of Australia’s “Dancing With The Stars” and “So You Think You Can Dance” (2008 – 2009)

- Dance partner of Oliver Pineda – five times World Salsa Champion himself (since 2007)
