Competition Schedule

The World Salsa Championships will be held from February 21st–23rd, 2013 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (N100 Series Room, 1 Expo Drive, WANCHAI) during Hong Kong Salsa Festival 2013, with the Award Ceremony being held on the evening of Sunday, February 24th, 2013.

Elimination Rounds

February 21st-23rd, 2013 (Thursday to Saturday)

The World Salsa Championships will be divided into THREE rounds of competitions:-

1) Qualifiers (or 1/4 finals) -  THURSDAY, February 21st
2) Semis (or 1/2 finals)     -  FRIDAY, February 22nd
3) FINALS                       -  SATURDAY, February 23rd

Award Ceremony

February 24th (Sunday)

All winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd placings) are required to be at award ceremony for the presentation of prizes and trophies, media interviews, etc.

1st placed Winners may be required to perform their winning routines again.
